During this phase we will review all the aspects of your life in which your physical body is involved.
Including current workout regimes, amount time spent sitting/standing, recreational activities, etc.
Most importantly we will discuss any current and past injuries and the effects they have on the body in the present.
We will then examine the body in its current state to identify imbalances.
Once we've obtained a snapshot of your physical body in its current state and correlate that information to your lifestyle, we will begin the correction process.
Utilizing mobilizations and corrective stretches we will begin to get the imbalances previously identified back into alignment.
Once the body is in alignment we can begin to strengthen those areas and build a movement structure that will be sustainable for your daily life.
